Restoring Full Access
If you reinstall Certeo or switch devices, open Settings → Restore Purchase in the app while signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy Full Access. If it doesn't restore automatically, email us and we'll help.
Purchases & refunds
Full Access ($24.99) is a one-time purchase billed through Apple, not a subscription — it never renews or charges again. Refund requests are handled by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy & data
Certeo has no account — your quiz history and readiness score live on your device. You can reset all progress in Settings → Reset All Progress, or delete the app to remove all locally stored data. For privacy questions, email privacy@opstudio.dev.
Content accuracy
Every question in Certeo includes a source citation tied to the public NASCLA Candidate Bulletin outline. If you spot a question that seems inaccurate or think a citation is wrong, email us — content corrections are the fastest way we improve the app.
